Yes, you can get pregnant DURING your period.
Go to the doctor anyway, though.

Truly you can get her pregnant at anytime. Though during her period the odds of getting her pregnant are a lot lower(close to 0% of chance) But yet the chance is always there.

u can get pg at any time but your more then likely to get pg during the time you ovulate which is two weeks after the date from your last period. this depends on your cycle.
