I found 8k in a duffle bag years ago on the bayarea subway ! it definately made my day brighter !

I once found 10 crisp 100.00 bills under the carpet of a house I once lived in. I gave it back to the previous owner (a good friend of mine) who had stashed it and forgotten about it.

I found $8,000.00 in a purse left at a waiting area at my local pharmacy. To tell the truth,the temptation to take it was there and I thought of all the stuff I could buy with it,but it turned out to belong to a woman who was selling crack and when I turned it in at the counter,I was approached by the police who had also been watching it too.It's a good thing I turned it in or else I'd be in a jail cell like that lady.

I came across a bunch of $20 lying on the sidewalk once. I grabbed a handful and another guy got a handful. I think I got about $80 and he probably got a little more.

I felt a little guilty, but there was no one around, and no way for me to figure out who it belonged to.

I found $1500.00 in the house my youngest son had just bought! He is an Evangelist, newly married, buying his first house, etc.,
When I found it I told him that if his closing costs came out to that then he would know that he had made the right decision in buying the house.
His closing costs were $1500.00!!!!
