I had to go to the hospital......I had to wait 3 hours before someone finally saw me....I was shown to the examination room where i stripped off to reveal my penis(it was the size of my little finger).....on seeing this the nurse burst out laughing.
Upset and angry i started shouting at her "It's NO funny!! Its been swollen like that for the past 2 weeks"
Can i sue the hospital and the nurse for hurting my feelings?

yes consult with a lawyer right away. I don't understand why they would make you leave I personally would have let them call security on me and they could call the cops. They have no right to make you leave. sue if for no other reason then to have the hospital's behavior make it to the nightly news and maybe it won't happen to another person. good luck to your family member.

I think i work in the same hospital and saw your file. It said "looks like a penis only smaller, he should sue god"
