Try University of Wisconsin website in the Economics department, Madison I mean. They used to work a lot in this area when the US was clamouring for more protection in the late 80's when exports were low and imports higher and dollar was expected to depreciate. Try some professors there and they will direct you to the right paper.

it's true, he does not portray himself very well and there are suspected links with undesirable regimes,particularly saddam hussein's, also his political views are not conducive to a strong democracy like canada's, he has been seen to be a political opportunist when it suits him. and he was stupid in big brother.
