How long should implantation last? and do u get period like cramps with it. When is the best time to take a test???

when i first noticed it, it was a rusty brown color that didnt even touch my pantie liner but was there when i wiped and lasted about 7 hours got lighter and lighter and. that would have been 6dpo that i got this. but My spotting comes and goes. its a light brown mixed in with a lot of mucous is that implantation spotting. i seem really wet down there as well. and its really light and then its gone and i have some mild cramping that started today that comes and goes as well.my next period isnt due till the 28th. 7 days away. i have a regular 29 day cycle and ttc.

Does anyone know of any good websites that might tell me how far along i am?

babycenter.com has a pregnancy calendar. best time to take a hpt is the first day after you miss your period first thing in the morning (that's when hcg levels are highest). you can take a hpt earlier, but the percentage of false negatives goes up (you can read the box to find out how many false negatives there are with each day before you miss your period).

Just a reminder that January has 5 weeks, on the months with more than 4 weeks in them your period will change it's date most of the time. So people can register the test only being two weeks along, most of them usually take 4-6 weeks for the test to show correctly. Only a doctor will give you a better idea of how far along you are. My sister is a nurse. Take care.

that could be just plain old ovulation it starts 11-14 days into the cycle and can mimic all the things your talking about, i would wait it out you might not be pregnant at all. esp. by the blood showing i know you can be pregnant and bleed a little but with all your other symptoms its kinda telling me its ovulation.
