I have heard of Vitimins E and K helping, but I don't know for sure. Also, putting frozen spoons, Q-tips, or any other frozen thing wont reduce the puffys. Lastly, will I look stupid If I use concealer? I think I might...

try using an eye cream that will help lighten it such as oil of olay regenerist or aveeno's. they do work well. placing your eye cream in the fridge will also help bring down the puffiness. just leave it in the refridge and take it out to apply in the the morning and night and put it back in the fridge. to cover the dark circles i recommend two things: concealer is your friend. you need one that will blend well, cover and not be heavy looking. always apply it an top of your foundation. this will reduce the about you need to use. you need to spend a little more money on a high quality one to ensure it will match your skin tone properly and also the texture and coverage will be better. if you do not use foundation, you can still apply concealer. i recommend laura mercier since it is a two shade compact that you can mix to get the right shade or chanticaille as it is the best texture i have found. if you have very dark circles, dry self tanner on the rest of your skin. by doing this, it will not look as dark since your skin will be darker. bronzer is another option. for a good self tanner for the face, i recommend clarins as it is very natural looking.

for the puffiness, natural options that work are frozed/cold slices of cucumber. the coldness will depuff and as it mets, the vitamins will be absorbed into the skin. chamoille or green tea bags work wonderfully too. use the tea bag to make a tea and then place the used bag in a ziploc and place in the fridge. place them over the eyes and relax. it works like the cucumbers.

another suggestions is used by models and beauty contestants, you will find them in all of their make up cases....preperationH. it reduces hemroids and undereye bags. it has been used in the beauty industry for decades.

You can use fresh cucumber or potato juice but it work for only as long as you use them. Every morning, apply the juice for about 15 minutes and then rinse off. You will see a difference after the fourth application onwards.

Concealers are much more practical and offer immediate relief. I recommend Maybelline and Revlon concealers, depending on your skin tone and preference for liquid or cream. Personally, I found that cream concealers are more effective for covering up under eye circles. Remember to get the perfect shade or else it will be noticeable.

There is this all natural stuff called "Kiss my face" that has stuff for dark circles and bags. You can get it at most all natural stores, but they also have a web site. Just google the name, & it should just come up. Its a cream that you rub on befor you put on your makeup. It really did wonders for my mom & a few of my friends.
No, you won't look stupid with concealer on, you just have to make sure that you blend it well!

I'm exactly the same, my skin is very oily, and so my eyes always look like i have dark circles!
just make sure you use a really good eye cream, i use skin code exclusive eye cream which helps the look of my circles, i apply it twice a day. i also use clarins normalizing night cream which makes you look less `heavy` when you wake up! concealers are fabulous! i love makeup! try Dior skin flash (its a light reflecting concealer which instantly lifts and lights the area you apply it) my miracle in a tube is clarins beauty flash balm, expensive but worth every penny!

I really hated using concealer for my under eye circles but then I found Touche Eclat by Yves Saint Laurent and now Its the only thing I use it conceals the darkness and it helps your eyes appear more awake and fresh!

I have the circles lower than my eyes, yet I purely use concealer. i have tried lower than eye cream to assist get rid of it, even though it truly doesn't make a large difference. Your darkish circles will be a demonstration of hypersensitive reactions.

I'm in the same position and I'm 15! I'm skeptical and I don't spend my money very freely! You should try some different beauty locations on the internet for advice. I wish I could help, but like most women, I have no idea.
