Our Congress is a "committee." It looks like a committee, sits like a committee, talks like a committee, thinks like a committee and acts like a committee. When have you ever seen a committee that gets things done on time or right?
Problems are usually and quickly fixed by one person who knows what to do and doesn't have to spend all his time asking a committee if it's OK to go on.
Since we don't like to have our President tackle the job and do it without consultation from the BIG COMMITTEE (Congress), most problems take years and years to be solved, if ever.
It's the American Way.

I particularly have sort of expreienced the two, i became circumcised as a infant and am restoring my foreskin, yet i assume i will in no way expericnce what its particularly choose to have a foreskin, that's what i might like. Heres the situation, i don't have an argument with circumcision it the guy chooses to do it, yet its no longer suitable to do it to babies, thats why I make a huge deal out of it, its a contravention of that persons rights.
