You probably mean that the first Anglo-Saxons were raiders on Roman Britain, and later settled there.
Modern DNA research, however, suggests that they only contributed slightly to the population.

I'm not sure what you mean but William the Conquor 1066 was a Norman who conquered England and formed their modern state. Normans were decended form the Viking who were pirates. the Englsih navy was founded by pirates

No, it is not true in any way. The English people had been in existence long before there were pirates.
