Smooth, is the better, peanut butter,because you never know what you eating with chunky peanut butter.

When I was a child, I liked chunky. My own kids like creamy, so I'm hooked on that now! And I just bought some of the new kind with flaxseeds for myself, and it's very good as well. Peanut butter sandwich, here I come!

Smooth cause Chunky messes up the bread then you don't want to eat it and end up try to pass it off to your child or in other cases any young child in you household. But they wont eat it and if you insist they eat it they cry and tell on you. You really don't need all that trouble over something so trivial as a sandwich.
...Not that I would know mind you.
