Hi ckcco,

You could purchase or check out from the library, "OS X, the Missing Manual" by David Pogue. This is a great book that explains everything you may need (and some things that you'll never need) about the Macintosh and Mac OS X.

Also, go to the Mac dealer that you bought this MacBook from and ask if there is a local Macintosh users group in your area. These people have all sorts of experts that can help you get the most from your Macintosh computer.

Best of luck to you.
