I grew up in Toledo, and I can't imagine why anyone would care to know that. look it up in a library book or something or go online to the city website and search historical archives.

well, there isn't a definative answer for population in 1929 because, the US census was taken a year later, 1930.
so, it's still the Great Depression.

Toledo in1930, population= 290,718
Cleveland in 1930, population = 900,429
