How can I network a MAC on a PC network printer?`

If I where you I would do the oppisite make a Windows network with a Mac printer, then all you need to do is go into System Prefrences>Sharing and check printer sharing works flawlessly. Where as with a Windows its gonna be a lot harder take longer and not work as well.

As long as you are connected to the network, it shouldn't take any more than installing the printer driver on you Mac. If the printer didn't come with a Mac-compatible disk (unusual) you should be able to get one from the company that made the printer.

Hi hello1,

Your Mac is connected to the PC network, right? You've got an ethernet cable hooked up? You just go to the Systems Preferences... settings and click on the Print & Fax icon under Hardware and then try to find the printer.

You may need to find out what the name of the printer is and what network name the printer is on from your IT guys, and that'll help you find it easier. Bonjour might be able to find the printer easily. Best of luck to you.
