Well, other than Target which I recently noticed that they are selling them in the middle of winter (most of which are cut only for chubby chicks, but hardly any for slender girlies like me).
Hey I like them, its so nice to be kissed on your shoulder and around your neck also its great to feel the sun on your shoulders, without having to run around in something more skimpy.

try a store like the gap - with lots of t shirt selections - in fact i think they are having a clearance on boat necks with buttons on the shoulder to collar seam - very cute shirts (i want one!)

also try jcepenneys. I see them all the time..I don't think they are very hard to find. Good luck...
