My printer ran out of colour ink.
I had it refilled at cartridge world and placed it back into my printer.
Problems have now started to happen.
When ever I try to print anything in colour the printout is either in black or purple ink?????
I took it back to cartridge world and they tried it on theres and it worked.
I had a replacement and the same happened with that one.
since then I have had a full refund and purchased an official HP cartridge.
The problems still happen though.
Can anyone help????

i would suggest to uninstall and re-install the driver for your printer. some printers do not like to have different cartridges used on them, and act funny if a unofficial cartridge is used.

Unfortunately I have`nt got the answer,but I have a HP1355. I had the cartridges refilled & when I print something black it comes out blue, so I`ll be interested to see what answers you receive
