that would be nice,but I try not to think about work on sunday,just washing uniforms and a day off is nice to realax ,for one day out of the week.
Although I am getting upset that there will be no football next Sunday,,until the Super Bowl..so I am going to enjoy the championship games today.

Depends, do you work hourly? Then don't work on your days off. Believe me you won't get paid, niether will you be more appreciated.
If you work for salary, I'm sorry for you. You will be expected to work 24/7 even on your vacations.
I'm self-employed and have deadlines to meet, so Sunday is my Monday.
The only difference is not having to deal with clients, THEY don't start their week until Monday so I get a jump on them.
Many of them take part or all of Friday off. So Friday is my Saturday and Saturday is my Sunday -- my days off.

no, i don't think you should get paid. I think when they hire you they expect that you would do those things to get ready for the job week.
if that was true.
then getting ready for school should count as part of the school day.

I don't really do anything different. I do try to get laundry done and do all my grocery shopping for the week. Then I rest and enjoy the day.
