My menses finished probably 5 or 6 days ago and I have begun bleeding again. It has been going on for maybe an hour, light red almost pinkish blood, enough to make some spots on the pad though not soak it. For the past months I have been having a bunch of tests for an unknown pain and everything has shown up o.k. Should I be worried about the spotting or should I just watch it and see. If I should watch it, what should I be looking for?

Keep a journal. If this has already been happening and the Dr. has come up with nothing, keep track for a month and log everything on a calendar to be able to show the Dr.

If your period finished 5 or 6 days ago you should be at ovulation.
Odds are that it has to do with that.

There are many things that can cause erratic bleeding patterns.
Endometriosis being one. Try taking Motrin (ibuprofen) for the pain. That will help relieve any inflammation that could be causing problems.

What should you be watching for?? Isn't blood and pain enough?

i know that if you are on some kind of birth control, when you first start your period may just appear for like a day, just spotted blood, almost pinkish. but i dont know, thats jsut what i have heard. and if you are not on birth control....then its just some imbalance thing. deff. go to your doctor.

This could be various things... from something as simple as hormonal imbalance to a cancer. Maybe you should see a doctor.
