I would put it somewhere that its not readily seen....
Just don't put it in the program files folder, and make sure that you delete the shortcut that would be placed into the start menu, and there are ways to delete it from the add/remove program list, so it won't show up there either.
Put it into the shared documents/shared video folder. (No one ever looks in there!) Can even make a new folder in the shared video folder and name it something plain.

Just remember...if someone does a search thru the computer looking for .exe files, its still going to be found. I don't think that can be prevented....

the above suggestions are good ... depends too on how experienced and skilled the person who you think would delete it is. My kids were never able to hide anything on my computer, because I always knew everything on it. Yes, I did. :)
And I knew how to find things.

So, you have to also take into consideration that factor ... how diligent and knowledgeable is the other person/s using the computer or network.
