Are you more concerned with the current president abusing it or future presidents abusing it?

I am cautiously watching the Patriot Act. I wouldn't say I oppose it, per se.
But for all the screaming from the liberals around here, I sure don't see anyone in Pelosi's congress raising the issue.
And yes, this should give us cause to pause.

Both...but definitely more worried about the future. i believe that Bush had good intentions, but I don't trust others to have the same...especially since I don't even know who they are yet. Nice question!
