Well , as we all know that downloading is illegal. So hypothetically, if one was to download a video, and put it on a disk, their DVD player must be able to play vcd or burnt DVDs. Check to see if it can . And if someone would want to know more maybe they could contact someone, like the person who typed this. But remember downloading is illegal. .lol

The file might be corrupted or even your dvd might not be readable even the tiniest scratch on it will ruin the dvd or If your playing it on a dvd player check your manual too see what formats u can play kuz if its a divx file some players have to be divx certified to be able to play the file or something
