I swim competively in my school season in the winter through spring and then i swim during the summer for another swim team. how is the best way to get back into shape to build all my muscles up for swimming????

Get Back in the Water and SWIM, SWIM, SWIM
Also try water polo, running, biking, weights, med. ball workouts, aerobic classes etc.....
Any workout will help, cross training can be amazing.
