No, not for those 2 games, you can get a new DS lite for $130 and a quality game for the same price

I would wait because in a month or two there will be used ones and the games arent usually that expensive

I think it depends how badly you want one - that's how you can gauge how badly you want it. . .Target has loads of them
You can purchase online and they are about 125. . . . .
You can also find them cheaper than 175 on ebay.com and ebayexpress.com

OK, here's my tip...don't buy nintendo DS...you should wait and earn money to buy PSP...PSP's are way more [powerful than DS}
