Now he is an Oscar winner and highly regarded actor; Glory, Philadelphia, Training Day, and the list goes on. But not even he is invulnerable to the sucky movie. The only Denzel movie I hated....The Preacher's Wife. Not even the great Denzel could save that stinker! Touched my life in magical ways? Well, I returned it early to the video store,thus saving myself late charges but that's about it.

he is such a great actor. Last night I watched The Bone Collector and that was really good. I didn't care for Training Day at all, but other than that movie I think he has made a lot of good films.

Actually I'll go with Philadelphia. I hated that film. I thought it was emotionally manipulative and contrived. I also think there would be lawyers from groups like the ACLU lined up to represent someone like him. Interesting note...that movie was originally reviewed very poorly by most critics.
