I received a Mial from directo of promotions Eng. Martin smith that I won a BMW lottery and the price is one BMW series 5 car and 450,000 GBP. is ti true or scam?, Any how I sent a response.

Sounds like a scam, but play along anyway. Last time I received an email like this I thought was bogus, I actually did win £100!

If they start asking for any kind of money form you or similar, cut and run.

this prize e-mail and BMW car thing is another scam to get you to make a payment and give information about your banking and financial status --- you are going to be asked to send a money `order for shipping costs and the bottom line is it's a RIP OFF ..you should only open e-mail from people that you know or have requested info be sent to your address -- keep an eye on your personal business accounts ___ remember if it sounds too good to be true then it is probably a lie ...

Scam! they will ask for an account# or tell you they will send you some money and send you a check to deposit then you send them a small % of that check . A few days later you find the check was a fake and you have lost the money you sent them.

If you didn't apply for that lottery, then you didn't win anything. No one will be that rich and give BMWs away like that without strings attached to it. Ignore that mail, don't even follow up with it.

It's a scam. Don't respond or you will get lots of scamming E-mails. Also you may get a virus or worn in your computer that allows the scammer to access your computer.

Abdul, I would check it out, but don't dive in too deeply. It could be a scam wanting to send you a dump-load of garbage mail. However, don't pass the chance.

Play along and collect every e-mail or letter they send you!
forward all of it to you local law enforcement division! if its real you got yourself a car of its not you could save a great many people from a scam.
just don't give them your account #'s or any personal info
