Your onboard video is probably what is using the rest of your ram
256-64 for ram and one of the sticks is most likely defective or not seated well in the slot.

I agree with the other users that u should re-install the sticks carefully/ securely n systematically by inserting each one at a time and boot up, for the ram that doesnt work properly you will get a clearer picture.

If the problem persists after the above then

OTHER POSSIBLE CAUSES U CAN CONSIDER:

* Himem.sys is not using all the memory on an EISA computer.

* A driver or program loading from the Config.sys or Autoexec.bat file is claiming a portion of random access memory (RAM).

* A virtual device driver loading from the System.ini file is claiming a portion of RAM.

* A protected-mode driver is causing the memory mismatch.

* The registry is damaged.

* A CMOS setting is disabling some of the RAM.

* You have the 'maxphyspage=' setting in your System.ini file set to restrict Windows from using some of the installed memory.

* Ramdrive.sys is being loaded in the Config.sys file.

* You are using a video adapter that is integrated into the motherboard.

It sounds like your Generic RAM is only registering as 64mb.
Your other 2 are 128 making : 128+128+64 = 320mb.
If your graphics aperture in BIOS are set to 128, this makes it: 320mb - 128mb = 192mb ram.

Try taking the generic one out, and if your total comes to 128mb in windows , then you know the problem is with the generic stick only registering as 64mb.

yes different access speed in mhz. RAM comes in varying speeds these days from 66mhz up to 800mhz. some of your ram may be too fast or too slow. take it all out and look at the label on each and see what the speeds are. then insert each one at a time and boot up. for the ram that doesnt work you will get a long BEEP from your computer which tells you that the RAM is no good. Good Luck.

in case you incredibly seem up the circulate connection with the scripture at John 18: 6 you will see it factors to John 7:40 six the place it states "The officers replied: “in no way has [yet another] guy spoken like this.” They knew he became the "Christ" that's Greek for Messiah. It says no longer something approximately Him being God. alongside comparable lines, we ought to study Philippians 2:9, the place the apostle Paul describes what God did after Jesus died and became resurrected. The verse says: "God exalted him [Jesus] to a solid place and kindly gave him the call this is above another call." If Jesus became God or equivalent to God in the previous he died and God later exalted him to a greater physically powerful place, might that no longer positioned Jesus above God? yet how ought to every person grow to be better to God? And if he became God in the previous he died, how can God die? there is not any "secret" here. Jesus is the Son of God. additionally, God continuously suggested Jesus as his son, and Jesus continuously suggested God as his father, showing that God became older and had greater authority. He additionally suggested that he got here to do God's will and not his very own, showing 2 wills; his father and his. 2 separate wills. in case you elect to circulate on believing that God has 3 heads, then you definately ought to have 3 too, because you have been created in his photograph!

One problem I believe you have is that your board does not see double sided RAM, so on the particular chip all you see is 64mb.

Try removing one at a time and see which one or ones are not registering properly, and then try them in different dimm slots.
