Nice site...the blue kitchen shouldn't be a problem. I noticed you have lilac and other colors in other rooms. The place looks clean and cheerful. We wouldn't have any problems selling a home like yours here in the Ozarks.

Very nice house. And the only thing that screams "change" is the blue kitchen. If prospective buyers walk out saying, "The only change I'd make is the blue in the kitchen." then you're probably looking at a sale.
With that said, it's easy enough to paint. It's cheap. I say go beige!
BTW, my neighbor has his place on the market and he's painted his kitchen a very dark purple. Even the ceiling! In that light, your blue isn't bad at all!

Hey looks pretty good overall...but the black appliances with the blue, dont look right....i think your cheapest option would be to put a nice neutral beige up in the kitchen, like in your living room.
I also think the purple wall in the bed room will be polarizing...i happen to think that the look is very modern and nice, with your other furniture, but it might put off some people

I dont know that having your address and home value would be something I'd show strangers online but if that works for you, I'm good with it. You run the risk of someone making you a higher or lower offer because you have a blue kitchen. It may compliment or contrast the potential buyer's offer. If you want to paint, paint white... if you don't, then be prepared for a lower offer that you can accept or decline. The more you put into the place, the more you'll need out of it.

first of all let me say you have a lovely home and you should have no problem selling it. i think most people when walking around a home think of their own belongings in it so your right to think some people might not like it. i saw you had some bold colors in other rooms too, i wouldn't worry about the kitchen. i assume most people expect to repaint some rooms after purchasing a house. i do. at least its not black!

Wow, nice house. Yes if the kitchen is blue change it. Most people looking for homes would want a neutral color. Just to give you a hint , your home here in Orlando would go for over 300K

The overall look is nice. The blue wouldn't be my choice but the new owner can repaint it. I wouldn't repaint.
Good to see you've listed it, albeit not with an agent.
Best of luck!!

I'm impressed! I didn't look at the kitchen, I just clicked the link to see if it was a picture of a kitchen, or if you were just finding a way to advertise your house on YA. You snuck that advertisement right in here! Well done.
I won't report you, because I really thought the way you did it was very inventive.

Very nice house, but the blue seems out of place to me. Looks like you used alot of greys, so you might want to try that for the kitchen.

Your house looks pretty decent to me, and the blue kitchen... shouldn't put off people from buying, the wall color is the easiest to fix. Warm orangeish or light terracotta would work fine too. Your house in NY metro area would be almost twice as expensive, just to let you know..
