My printer says there's a carrier jam. I've removed the paper, turned off printer, turned it back on and still whenever I try to print, it says I still have a carrier jam. How do I fix this?

Try disconnecting the printer from the computer and from the wall for a few minutes. Reconnect and turn the compouter back on.

If that does not resolve the problem you will have to get the printer serviced.

go to the printer's tools/management/any other option(it must be there) by this way
start->settings->printers & Faxes->right click on ur printer and select properties, then look for 'clean ' options.
