You'll probably start it soon, then. I get nauseous sometimes too, so you're probably getting ready.
SO SORRY! Enjoy what time you have left without it!
If it is, then I think its (maybe) Midol that will help.
Heating pads work too, they help with the cramps too. You can buy the type that you plug in, or the ones that you stick to your clothing (panties or whatever, NOT the outside of your pants... you'd be suprised how many people don't read the directions).
I'd tell your mom anyway, and maybe ask your doctor, if you are comfortable with that.
I guess you are growing up!

You probably need to go to a Dr. to get this checked out. Talk to your parents...it can be scary when things go on in your body that you do not understand. Most likely this is something minor and very easy to take care of...bodies go through all types of changes and pains and it could be something as simple as the types of foods you are eating, or an allergy to a certain food that causes stomach upset. Yet if appendicitis or something more severe you are better to be safe than sorry and get a Dr. to check you out to be sure.

Ok, this has happened to me before. Before you eat, get a hand towel and put just a little bit of water on it. After you do that, throw it in the dryer. This will make the towel stay a little warmer. When you take it out the dryer (after like 3 minutes), put the towel on your lower stomach and put pressure on it. This helps me ease the sharp pains away.

You're probably getting ready to start. Before everyone of my periods I get sick the day before. Try taking a little Pepto or something like that it always helps me some. Hope you feel better.

well first we kind of need to know how old you are! and i would say the cramps are because of your period and i don't know what the eating problem is i was anarexic for a while adn whe they made me start eating again that happened to me you kind of left out a lot of needed details for us to help you but tell you mom or dad i would say this is a problem for your mom but go take a hot bath and sit in it for a while about a half an hour.

i bet you'll be getting your period very soon. this sounds like a typical period to me. assuming that you do not have a stomach virus.
try putting a heating pad on your stomach when it starts to cramp. or have a nice hot bath that and a couple of midol will help to ease off your cramps.

I know this can be something embarassing for some people, but you really need to talk to your parent/guardian. It could be something minor, hereditary, or even serious (I doubt it though). That's what doctors are for :-) Some people say take pain medicine, but try not to get too used to them, what I do is excerise and it helps (even though it seems hard at first) but your doctor should know what to do, everyone is different, so you want to talk to someone who knows. :-)

You should really go get a pregnancy test. You could be pregnany! And if you are it would be good to find our now because stressing about it won't be good at all it ain't good at all if you are pregnant because stress isn't good for the baby! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!

Well, first, tell your parents... if it is periodically you have this then it may be the starts of pre-period. However, if it the opposite then seek medical attention...
