Hello,
To change to LANDSCAPE
1. Open WORD
2. Upper left click FILE
3. Select PAGE SET UP
4. In the frame for Orientation:
then click the Click Landscape option
5. You can also view your work by going to
the option in FILE for PRINT PREVIEW.
To get back to your work from Print Preview click CLOSE
6. Don't forget to use the OFFICE ASSISTANT
to ask for instant instructions for almost any option in WORD.
Click the tool bar question mark. Then click the Office assistant and type in your question.

Under File choose Page Setup. In there you will two icons that say portrait and landscape. Just click on the landscape icon.

Go to File, Page Setup and chose Margins; at Orientation chose Landscape and if you want to apply only for the selected page chose under the Preview field "Selected text". For best results try to use page break between pages.
