I am 16 weeks pregnant, and I swear I have had a runny nose during the day and stuffed up nose at night the whole time! My poor husband has to wear earplugs to bed because its causing me to snore every night! lol
The mucus glands in your nasal expand during pregnancy and can cause these symptoms.

My nose was almost constantly stuffy right from the beginning of my last pregnancy. With my first, though, I only started getting stuffy at around 6 months. Could be a sign, but could be hayfever--plants are blooming inappropriately all over the world this winter.

Claritin for the runny nose, Sudafed for the stuffy nose. Claritin is the antihistamine and Sudefed is the nasal decongestant. Both the runny and stuffy nose are normal when your pregnant due to the change in hormones. The changeing hormones increased blood flow to membranes thoughout the body like stuffy/runny nose and changes in vaginal discharge.

I was stuffy the whole time I was pregnant, but you should probably take a pregnancy test just to make sure. You could be coming down with a cold...it's flu season.

i had a stuffy nose with both my pregnancies, but it was later on in the pregnancy. i don't think it's an early pregnancy sign.

It could be an allergic reaction to dairy products. They cause you to produce mucous.
