Go to the store and get some GOJO hand cleaner. Start by smeering some on the offending spot. Then sturate the spot and let it sit overnight. Wash by hand in cold water then use some leach on it. This will get the bulk of the spot out, but depending on how black the spot is, it may only lighten it up.. Or, you could bite the bullet and take it to a laundry shop and have it done right. But, even they can not guaretee it. Good luck.

If you really want to wash it yourself, use "spray and wash" it works really good. If this is a good coat I'd take to the dry cleaners, they can do it right, and you only get one chance with the do it yourself, then the stain is set.
