She was like a whisper
Or a breath, or a dream

Or at least that's how it seemed
The way she looked upon you
The loving gaze across her face
Had she been there for hours or minutes
Before she vanished without a trace
Did she follow the silhouette of your cheek
Or brush back your sexy, long hair
Just how long did she linger
How long did she stay there and stare?
As her gauzy white dress touched the floor
I looked upon a mirror
For her face and hair looked just like mine
I tried to see her clearer.
So if you believe in ghosts
Well then, I have a theory
For to be with you I'd travel time
Just to have you near me
The love I hold for you runs deep
I'll always protect your heart
I'll come to you in many a form
Even time will never keep us apart

This poem is beautiful, I feel it was a angle watching over you. Or you were a angle watching over someone you love and making sure all was well. Either way loved it, try to get it in a magazine, you know womens day , and some others let people send in their poetry and if they like it, they put it in. I believe U HAVE A GREAT CHANCE!!! Never stop writing. I will look for your poetry!

i imagine that is advantageous, i wager. in my opinion, I choose the added melodic type of poetry, and this does no longer bypass really as well as i like, notwithstanding that is a sturdy start up. Oh, and in Line 4, i imagine you meant heard, no longer head(only a typo?)
