I think they are a dying breed, because there are not enough of them in the world. When I'm around those types of people, I appreciate them more due to the lack of sensitivity and kindness that our society has in today's world. Unfortunately as stated above, those types of people tend to get used and abused by the more loud-mouthed jerks that our society tends to reward.

Hmm..i personally dislike them; they make me feel insecure; i'm simply not on the same vibe with them:) i'm a passionate, rebelious crazy girl, NEVER vulgar tho...and i still keep some conservatory things in my personality and values scale, because of the education that parents gave me;
On the other hand i think that reserved ...probably kind hearted people are usually thinkers, that usually succeed in today's society when everything is a jungle; reserved people have the ability to play the observers role, think about what they've seen and make the best decissions....
I hope i'm right...

They are the ones that society overlooks the most, they are almost the more passive type and can be sensitive, i know because i use to be one, and to an extent i still am one, i just try not to let people walk all over on me...but they are people who make it worth while getting up in the morning. They make life seem a little bit easier, that life does not have to be a living hell. I am too know people like that, and to some extent be recognized as one!

I don't have a problem with it at all. I honestly think we need more people like that in today's society. The world needs more kindhearted people.

I believe they are often trampled on. I am considered quiet and reserved for the people I hang around. Often times I am not heard and it seems like people don't want to hear my opinion; although I think it is very good because I listen more than I talk, so I have a better comprehension and deeper understanding of the conversation.

Tip for those loud people: listen

They are the ones in the corner that have nothing to gain by getting in valved in the affairs of other people. But are always there to offer a helping hand to someone in need. They can live there life with out hurting anyone.

It is said that the meek shall inherit the earth. We tend to define meek as weak, possibly as one who stands back and observes. But kind hearted people tend to be taken advantage of and reserved people are often misjudged. I think they can be considered meek and I hope my they do inherit the earth.

Live and let live unless they cross the line.
I think most people are kind and generous unless you attack their family, especially a child, at which point killing is an available option. Kindness shouldn't be mistaken for weakness.

There are too few of them...and they are more than likely elderly!

Too many parents just don't promote that in this instant-gratification, throwaway, rude society.
No wonder the USA is seen as so rude!
