Since one comment about religious organization.

Is the more mainstream for you

The first link is a website for a religious organization and thus has no credibility.

The second, from the bbc, states very clearly that it cannot be substantiated.

Morals differ from person to person and group to group. What may be moral to you may be immoral to me.

There is no single "yes or no" answer to your question.
