I''m also 35 weeks. My OB told me 37 weeks is considered full term. But he said he has delivered babies at 37 weeks whos lungs weren't yet mature and they had to stay in the NICU for a while. It just all depends on your baby, some are more ready earlier than others.

40-41 weeks of pregnancy is normal . if you ate healthy your baby could weigh about anywhere from 5-8 pounds at birth . Also depending on the genes from the family.

But your doctor should have told you all this already

good luck

A baby is consindered to be not premature if s/he is delivered at 37 weeks or later. I had a friend who delivered a couple of months ago at 35 weeks - no problem!

Good luck and congratulations!

I was told by my doctor that anytime after 36 weeks...but you should ask your own doctor. The longer the baby is in your womb, the better.

i think it's 36 weeks, but 38 is closer to ideal. DH was born at 35 weeks, and other than being little, he was just fine. good luck!

i believe that they consider a baby born after 37 weeks to be close enough (be patient!!)
