To be honest, neither. America isn't ready for a female or ethnic president... far too many unresolved issues with sexism and racism.
The next president will be another rich, old, white, christian, male. If the Democrats don't have one running, I don't think they can win.

Barak Obama has an uphill battle.
The Clinton machine is very powerful and resilient.
Hilary can survive a blunder or two if they are not too damaging, but Barak Obama will have to run a flawless campaign free from the slightest scandal.
If I am making book Clinton would be a 5:2 favorite.
