if popup blocker are enabled and you still receive pop-ups, maybe they come from your computer, not from the internet? it happens when you have spyware/adware installed. run an anti-spyware if you have some, and delete everything found on the scan. if you don't you any antispyware, try spyware doctor:

What's happening is thtat you are being hit by POP UNDERS. There are different.

They are small cookies that are inserted while you are visiting a page and then pop up when you leave that page. Sometimes pages can leave up to 10 cookies of that type for you to be suprised with when you try to leave.

There is no pop up blocker for this.

The solution lies in erasing those cookies/ad ware/ spy ware with a free spy ware program like Ad Aware SE Personal. It's free and can be found at www.lavasoft.com

Just run it once and get rid of that junk.

You can then run it every day to ensure that it takes them all out.

A good virus protection program like Macfee security will automate this process but costs $$$
