It looks like the 256mb 7600GT is Nvidia's highest-end AGP card for gaming. It beats the previous champion, the 7800GS AGP pretty soundly...

C-Man gives a pretty good argument, and while in the test he showed you the 7800 only had the advantage in one category, don't underestimate how important that signifacnt advantage was over the rather modest advantage the other had in the remaining category. Plus, you can unlock extra pipelines on the 7800, and if you enable that option on the comparison, it easily wins in all categories.
