"My family knows ever'thing there is to know 'bout the shrimpin' bidness."
"Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it."

Put him in a nice pinstriped business suit, make sure he combs his hair and brushes his teeth...
No seriously, scampi is my favorite:
1 1/3 lbs. large shrimp
1/3 cup clarified butter
4 Tbsp minced garlic
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Over medium high heat, cook garlic until soft but not brown 1-2 mins. Add remaining ingredeints and cook shrimp until pink and firm. (about 1-2 mins. per side)
If you want to make it cajun scampi just add Cajun seasoning to taste.
Now you've made me hungry.
Enjoy
