Well don't know about length, but my daughter must hold the record for the furthest one has been fired from the bum.When she was a baby she pooed while I was changing her and it hit the tv screen, a good 20feet away, she just erupted!

I'm not sure you could class it as poo but a chap once parted with a tape worm measuring something like 3ft 4" if my memory serves me right.
