Ask your HR department or the person who does payroll. You have a right to know. You probably were sent a notice but may have overlooked it or it got lost with address changes.

If you have child support outstanding that is most likely the reason even if you are in a different state.

Who ever is paying you your wages HAS to tell you. These are YOUR wages and you have the right to know.

If your wages are being garnished then you also have the right to pay who ever you owe and make it right.

Ask your payroll office. They must tell you that whom they are sending your deductions to. One more thing ask if they are required to get your signature on a deduction card before they start taking out the money from your wages.
