Of course they will - he has to win or they will always doubt it - that's how it goes - it doesn't matter what the facts are - don't you get it!!!!

Hot sexy stud Peyton won't lose because of poor defense, he'll lose because the NFL and the refs are going to give the win to New Orleans. Come on, it's the feel good story of the year...displaced New Orleans comes home to a rebuilt Superdome, to sold out crowds, has a Cinderella Season, comes back to become the first team in history to come off a 2-14 season to going to the NFC Championship game. Movie deals, book deals, the future of all kinds of merchandising hangs in the balance on the results of the Super Farce...oops, I man Super Bowl.

If critics do say that I think they are wrong. In the past games Peyton Manning was going to win but the defence messed it up. If they lose in the Superbowl because of their defence, nothing is going to happen. They might have a really tough training camp.

As a Colts fan, I know there have been many of games where the defense has failed and Peyton has had to do well. If he throws for four, he will get picked on for not throwing five...
The pressure he has on him today to get pass the Pats... Whew.

The defense is what got them here so far. If they get to and win the Super Bowl, it is a team effort.

u know they will..they criticize him on that point bc there really isn't much else to criticize...even if he plays amazing if his defense sux than there will always be those ppl that say "...peyton just can't win those big games" it's the way people are..we love to find nething to criticize...at least some of them (not me, thought ;))

me and my friends were talking about that to and i think yes. peyton needs a better team or the defense needs to get into shape.
