Hello there,
Seems your computer is infected with Adware.
first go to the control panel/add remove programs
Look for programs that you know don't belong and remove them.

Then download adaware SE personal from www.lavasoft.com
It's free and will get rid of any spy or ad aware your computer is infected with.

Once your computer is clean you can then set the home page to whatever you want and it won't change!

For a real great tune up try www.iolo.com System Mechanic, its a free 30 day full trial and does wonders.

Best program: Ad-aware by Lavasoft. It's free, and it gets rid of most of the spyware, unless you're seriously messed up. Get the Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition, that's the free one.

http://www.safer-networking.org has Spybot Search and Destroy, which is one of my personal favorites. Also, it is very hard to get Spyware with a secure web browser like Firefox (http://www.gamingg.net/whyfirefox for more information). Both of these tools are free.
