Women treat confident, healthy men like dirt, and run off with abusive, unfaithful "bad boys". Then after those women are damaged goods from their bad boy adventures, they decide that the good guys are okay.
Why do women act this way, and what makes them think that the good guys will settle for them now that they are messed up?

No they don't. What you are seeing as confident and healthy women may be seeing as conceited and self concerned. If you think making a mistake in love leaves a woman damaged goods, that a "good guy" will settle for, you may need to work on yourself a bit. I married a good guy and he would never speak about women like that even though his first wife left him plenty of reason to.

Your question should've been why do "some" women...most of us are far from being what you describe.
Why some women behave that way, is mystery even to them many times. They like the excitement and ********* of the bad boys, and think they can tame them.
Bottom line is no one should settle...it's a waste of time and a VERY unkewl thing to do to the other person, why may actually really dig you, while you are only settling for them.
If "nice guys" want more action then get out there and get it...don't stand around waiting for women to come to you...be confident and funny and draw attention to yourselves. The bad boys don't always get who or what they want...they just tend to complain about it a lot less than the "nice guys"

I think you're being stereotypical. Women like bad boys because they are interesting. Nice guys are not always fun. If a girl gets sick of the crazy adventure of a bad boy, she will find a nice guy. But what makes you think they are damaged goods? I think that is a double standard because boys get all drunk and screw every thing with a hole when they are young, why aren't they damaged goods?

Mating is more biological than logical.
The leader of the pack gets more game- and I mean, the prize from hunting- and has more resources to give the offspring.
Eventually, women realize that we are all human, and bad boys often don't have all that much too offer.
Then we women start listening to our heads, instead of our instincts.

You must be looking for women in all the wrong places, lol. I never did like bad boys, they have to be confident about themselfs, self assured, and totally in to me, lol. And did i mention have to have great eyes?

I always go after good guys and there were a couple times whent he guy seemed nice and turned out to be a jerk...Why do guys go after easy girls and not the good ones?

The same reason men like to hang out with sleazy, nasty promicuous women...but when they want to get married, they want a sweet little virgin..
