An annointed bibliography is one that has had the blessing of a priest.
An annotated bibliography is "An annotated bibliography is a list of citations to books, articles, and documents. Each citation is followed by a brief (usually about 150 words) descriptive and evaluative paragraph, the annotation. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources cited."

I purchased a program called Dr. Paper to help me with my bibliographies, helps me get it 100% right fast, from margins to headers to bibliography to in text cite.
Just google Dr. Paper to find that online as well.

I think you mean "annotated bibliography." An annotated bibliography is a list of references, but each reference is followed by a short (150 words or so) paragraph that summarizes and evaluates the source. Here's a link to help you out:http://www.library.cornell.edu/olinuris/ref/research/skill28.htm

The word you want is "annotated".
Try thinking of a list of source materials, with notations on what specific kinds of information were found in each one.
