what pets do you have, and what are their names? middle names, if any? why did you choose that name?

I have a mouse named Lazarus. We call him Laz for short.

the reason we chose this name is a long, funny, unbelievable story. i was not there at the time, but this is how my mother told me. I had just left the house for school, my mom shut the door, turned around, and told my brother, who had the day off, "Oh God, the mouse is dead." My brother was then disappointed, because he knew how sad i would be, as i had just tamed him.

well, they put him in a tupperware, cleaned out his cage, made a little tissue box coffin, and sat around trying to figure out how to break the news to me. they placed him back in his cage. his little body was cold and stiff.

about two hours after his discovery, my mom asked my brother to get something from downstairs, where his cage was. the little bastard was running on his wheel!

in the bible, Lazarus was a sick man, who Jesus was going to heal, but by the time he got there, Lazarus was dead. Jesus brought Lazarus back from the dead, so i decided that Lazarus was a perfect name for my little mouse.

we had an orange cat named Jitters
we had a grey and white cat named Kix-Mufasah(not sure how that came about to be honest!)
i had a cat names Lexus
when i was 4 i had a puppy that i named Theresa and she got hit by a priest(go figure)
we had a poodle named jean pierre (john for short)
we had a beagle named D-O-G
i had a black poodle that i named Sam when i was 3
my last cat ran away when i was 12 his name was Bullet

Labrador Retriever - Buddy (how original!)
Blue Heeler - Oreo (he's B&W)
Bearded Dragon Lizard - Draco (latin for Dragon)
Leopard Gecko - India (where leos are from)
Guinea Pig - Pretzel (looks like one and has brown coloring)
Gerbils - Cookie and Peanut (your gerbil has a similar name!)
Horses - Brago (Aragorn from LOTR's horse)
Pygmy Goat - Tripod (only has 3 legs)
12 Ducks - The dogs (they were pen raised and don't know how to swim, they walk around following you like dogs)

I have four lab mixes, named Guinevere (nickname is Boogie, because she likes to "dance" on her hind legs), Pippin (nicknamed Pipsqueak, because she was teeny tiny and half starved when we brought her home), Buddy, who was "Merlin" in a past life before we rescued him from the pound, and Chili (who I call Buddha because she's fat and happy). I also have two cats, a Maine Coon named Harley because of her markings, and an Egyptian Mau named Sweet Pea. :)

1 and 2 cockatiel- Casper and Tweets "the turtle head" (her eyes stick out and she has a funny shaped head)
3- snake- Goliath (because when I got him, he was only 7 inches long)
4- horse- Chynna "big butt" "bug face" -she answers to all 3. 1st one- she is a drafthorse with a big butt and 2nd one- she has to wear a fly mask b/c of an eye tumor and the mask makes her look like a fky (Oh, and for Chynna- my aunt named her after that WWF wrestler- I had no part in it)

ok this might be a long list the animals that i have are a palmeranian dog--name:little bear because he is so little yet he acts like he is so big, great peraneze--name: missy because she acts so sufisticated, basset hound--name: lady no reason why just because
apalusa horse--name: jericho don't know why got him from uncle
(most of my animals we just named)
pony-name: trixie, sister named her
rabbits, mini rex, have 4 of them chewy, because he chewed on everything when he was a baby, splash because it looks like sombody splashed black paint on her, pumpkin because she has orange and white on her instead of black, and oreo because sshe looks like an oreo
two pigs--oinkers, and piglet have no idea why we named them that
4 simeze cats, bunny, named after a cat that died, twins, because we can never tell two of them apart so their names are twins, and simple because when he was a baby you could pick him up and he would act dead i think that is it lol well have a good day
