Blackenwite, obviously you don't know very much about India. The primary religion, Hindi, does not believe in a "god" so to speak, but rather believe that "all is god", and there is also a belief in reincarnation. This is why rats outnumber people, because they believe that to kill a rat or fly, in essence, might be killing someone's grandmother.
But in this case, I have to agree that one of India's major problems IS its religion.

Religion doesn't bring a nation out of the pit of despair...it puts a nation there. Superstition and killing and/or neglect of each other in the name of GOD brings humans to a new low.

Because of only three reasons:-
1. lack of awareness
2. lack of enthusiasm in youths
3. lack of communication among youths.
because according to me youngsters are the face of tommorows india.
