I don't clothesline myself too often, but I seem to wall myself rather frequently. I just turn around and "WHAM". My teenagers think its hysterical.

Hell was walking thru your mamas yard, and clotheslined myself on her huge bloomers that were hanging out to dry, I almost died!

a wire cable tied between 2 trees at peabodys tomb near chicago.
obviously put there to deter rotten kids ,such as myself, from trespassing. that was 30 yrs ago. damn that hurt. had a huge bruise on my gut for about 4 weeks.

i don't use clotheslines...there ARE things called washing machines and dryers!
