While it is going to be difficult for your family to accept, it is your decision. They have no right to tell you what to believe or what not to believe. You are an adult and make your own decisions. I believe that if your family truly cares about you, they will still support your beliefs. If they are having a very hard time with it, try to encourage them to have an open mind. Just remember, you have the right to believe what you want. Your family can not change you.

It's not exactly a good situation, but the best you can do is try to explain to them why you don't believe, and make it abundantly clear that short of god showing up and saying "Hey, get to church" you aren't going anymore.

If you want to disarm them a bit point out Jesus never forced anyone to believe, so they should not either if they claim to he his followers. A point that it's your life and despite what they may believe you can live it as you want to, within reason for how old you may be.

One thing I distinctly advise against is running off somewhere, unless they become abusive in which case you should run to the cops. I've seen a few friends screwed up because they ran to the wrong people.

Find a new family? No matter what it sounds like you're about to distance yourself from your family one way or another. Either they'll force their beliefs down your throat and push you away or you'll keep quiet about your beliefs and slowly distance yourself from them. One road is full of internal pain and the other is full of confrontation. It's up to you to pick your path. I wish you the best. I've been there myself and it's not fun at all.

not sure how old you are.. if you are old enough to make your own decisions about not attending church, then stay away. tell them it is none of their business.. not sure if your question is just about athiesm or if you are also lesbian or bi, but you can make that clear to them, especially if you have a same sex partner you could introduce to them..
it's really sad, so many superficial people out there who assume their way is the only way to do anything in life..

i have realized that people have to come to terms eventually about theirselves ur mother will probably be mad for a bit but in the same sence she will be happy that u told her she will have to deal with it and like i said she will not like what u have to say but she will get over it just follow ur heart and don't let anyone tell u who u r find urself and be true to urself. on the last note hold fast to what u believe.

ok this is what you should do, actions always speak louder than words stop going to church with them and then this is what you should tell them: i don't judge you for what you believe in so therefore you have no right to judge me for what i believe in and that is atheism.
