Your life isn't all about your loving, or about your broken heart, even though it hurts so bad you feel it must be.
Continue to be alive in the wonder, the gift and the challenge of being alive. Go slowly and easily, remembering and re-experiencing the other parts life that are so important, trusting that, in time, the pain will become memory, and that you may find some of the pieces of your broken heart in someone else's care.

Well keep this in mind...the better you take things and move on is the worst the other will feel....the other person generally wants you to sit around and cry and beg them to come back....but when you move on and take life by the horns and live as if nothing has happened this actually turns the tables and really allows you to become stronger and move forward and lets them cry and bewildered...because your not wallering around in the pity of the lost relationship...but your also making the other person see you can move on and that life will not just stop with the end to failed relationship with them....your better than that...so be it!

Good luck

Enroll yourself Back into "Love School". Not an actual College. But it's a part of your own Education of where it's suppose to be. It's all about your Heart, Ma'm. If you were in it, for ANYTHING else. It collapsed under the strain. Get back to realizing that Your Heart, ain't gonna let you get hurt. Unless you ignore it's signals. Trust in it's abilities. And you'll find your Happiness. And he could be right in your own neighborhood. Let your Heart tell you, next time.

You have to grieve the relationship like it is dead and never coming back. Start finding things that interest YOU, its time to become your own person, not part of a couple.
