The bit under the septum on the nose is the filtrum (philtrum), that is to say the bit that is a bit like a long narrow triangle.

The whole area is called the ergotrid. The ergotrid is the whole part above the upper lip and below the nose, it includes the filtrum (philtrum).

So the word you want is ERGOTRID.
